Home should be an anchor, a port in a storm, a refuge,
a happy place in which to dwell,
a place where we are loved and where we can love. - Marvin J Ashton

Sharing my favourite shots from our photos taken last December 2018. (Photos by NonobyDyan.)

A lot of things has happened since these photos were taken - haircuts, more teeth coming out, growing out of clothes, milestones met, a lot of firsts and new things.

Looking back, it felt like it was yesterday but actually it's been six months.
And six months, for a child, is LONG. :))

Looking at these photos make me realise how tender and precious these years are and how fortunate we are to be able to have all of this now. To have each other.

Our lives aren't perfect and it's so easy to nitpick on the imperfections and on what we don't have.
Or what we can't do. And so on...
Looking at these photos makes me stop and think and realise how blessed we truly are.
That instead, perhaps I should count my blessings - the biggest ones right in front of me everyday.

God has given us so, so much and entrusted us with so much.

Everyday with these people is a gift. Everyone in this family is a gift.
